Each kit is customizable, but typically includes basic aid items like non-controlled pain relievers (e.g., prescription-strength anti-inflammatories), hand sanitizers, cold packs, medical gloves, motion sickness tablets, etc.
Epcura offers a short quiz that assesses your lifestyle, medical history, and emergency preparedness needs. Based on your answers, we match you with a recommended kit size and type. You can further customize your kit by selecting prescription medications (if needed) and adding specific medical supplies tailored to your household or travel requirements.
Once you’ve selected your medical kit and any prescription medications, you’ll complete a quick telehealth consultation with a licensed physician. During this consultation, the doctor will review your medical history and ensure your selected prescriptions are appropriate. Once approved, your customized kit is prepared and shipped directly to you.
Yes! If your medical needs change, you can update your kit through our subscription-based refill program. This allows you to replace expired medications, swap out supplies, or adjust your kit based on new health conditions or travel needs. 
Most Epcura medical kits, including those with prescription medications, are delivered within 30 days from the time of your telehealth consultation and approval. We ensure timely processing so you can be prepared as soon as possible.
